1. Overview

Bulk Organics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a stockist of certified organic food, family-safe pantry staples, and eco products. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any orders, enquiries, and related services.

• We work to keep product descriptions, origins, pack sizes, and certification details accurate. Products are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any line.

• Actual products may vary from images due to seasonal availability, supplier updates, harvest variation, or packaging changes.
• We may modify, substitute, or discontinue products at any time. If a substitution affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch where practicable.

4. Orders and payment

• Prices on the Site are shown in Australian dollars and listed ex GST unless stated otherwise. GST and final pricing are confirmed at checkout or on your invoice.
• Trade orders may be subject to a minimum order value. Current minimums are shown on the Site or confirmed at checkout.
• Payment is due according to the terms we confirm with you at checkout or on your account. We use third party payment providers where applicable.
• We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• We are not liable for payment processing errors caused by third party providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We ship orders within Australia. Delivery timeframes, carriers, and freight charges are confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and making goods available for receipt during agreed delivery windows.
• Once goods are handed to a carrier, risk passes to you subject to applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will try to help resolve delivery issues.

6. Returns and refunds

• Because we supply food and pantry goods, returns are limited. We accept returns or provide replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
• You must inspect deliveries on arrival and notify us promptly if there is a problem. We may request photos or return of goods before issuing a credit or replacement.
• Change of mind returns are not accepted unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of having the goods resupplied.
